急性脑梗死患者脂蛋白(a)与D二聚体/纤维蛋白降解产物比值检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和D二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)/纤维蛋白降解产物(fibrin degradation products,FDP)比值的作用以及相互关系。方法分别检测81例急性脑梗死患者及34例健康人的Lp(a)和D-D、FDP水平,并计算出D-D/FDP比值。结果急性脑梗死患者Lp(a)和D-D/FDP比值明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);急性脑梗死组Lp(a)和D-D/FDP比值之间不存在相关性(r=-0.32,P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者Lp(a)和D-D/FDP比值明显升高,但Lp(a)与D-D/FDP比值之间不存在相关性。Objective To explore the effects of lipoprotein （a） [Lp （a）] and D-D/FDP ratio and examine the relationship of Lp（a） and D-D/FDP ratio in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Serum levels of LP（a） and plasma D-D,FDP were detected,D-D/FDP ratio were calculated in 81 acute cerebral infarction patients and 34 healthy people.Results In acute cerebral infarction group,the levels of LP （a） and D-D/FDP ratio were higher when compared with control group,all of the differences were significant （P ＜ 0.01）;There was no correlations between LP（a） and D-D/FDP ratio（r =-0.32,P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion LP（a） and D-D/FDP ratio were up-regulated significantly in patients with acute cerebral infarction,but there was no correlations between LP（a）and D-D/FDP ratio.
