奖学金制度下压力转化对研究生的影响

摘　　要：研究采用自编问卷对4所大学的研一学生进行调查,探讨了奖学金制度下,研究生的压力体验及其调试,结果发现:不同家庭经济状况、性别和入学获得奖学金等级的研究生其奖学金制度压力、压力转化及对其学习生活的影响不同;研究生的压力大小不同、压力转化方式不同,对其学习生活的影响也不同。An investigation by self-made questionnaires among first-year postgraduates was carried out to probe into postgraduates＇ s stress experience and adjustment under the scholarship mechanism. The results show that postgraduates bear different influences in their study and life from different family economic situation,sexes,scholarship levels,the stress under the scholarship system and the transformation of the stress,and they take different influences by different stresses and different transforming methods of stress.
