摘 要:高校学报与学科建设具有密切的关系。然而对于有些普通高校学报来说,却未能与高校的学科建设形成良性互动。总体来看,学报在栏目设置方面缺乏导向功能.刊登的论文未能体现高校的优势学科和特色学科,学报功能异化。普通高校学报应强化服务学科的意识;以高校的重点学科和优势学科为依托,设置特色栏目;关注新兴学科发展,扩大学科影响力;培养学科新人,推动高校学科建设;加强审稿专家库的建设,促进高校学科发展;加强高校学报的数字化与网络化建设,提升服务学科的水平,实现二者的共同发展和良性互动。University journal and discipline construction have a close relationship.However,some ordinary univer-sity journals have failed to positively interact with the disciplinary construction.Analysing the papers published in a certain ordinary university journal,it shows that the journal lacks of guiding function in the setting of columns,the published papers fail to reflect the advantages of the key and outstanding disciplines,which results in alienation of the function of university journal.The editors should strengthen the sense of serving the disciplines at first.Pro-posed characteristic columns should be set based on the key and outstanding disciplines.New discipline should be focused on expanding the academic influence,and young scholars should be trained to promote the discipline devel-opment.Reviewerexperts should be selected to promote the development of university disciplines.University journal and discipline construction will be developed jointly and form a positive interaction,and the level ofserving disci-plines construction will also be improved through the strengthening of the digitization and network construction of u-niversity journal.
