角膜屈光手术后继发性圆锥角膜的RGP矫正疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析角膜屈光手术后继发性圆锥角膜的RGP矫正疗效。方法:对我院近两年来接收治疗的111例因眼角膜屈光手术后发生圆锥角膜的患者进行随机抽取,从中选取了84例患者(164眼)作为研究对象,根据研究要求,分为实验组和对照组,每组42例患者(84眼)。让实验组患者进行角膜屈光手术后佩戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)进行矫正。而对照组患者进行角膜屈光手术后佩戴普通软性角膜接触镜进行矫正。18个月后,观察两组患者的角膜前后表面曲率和角膜地图的改变情况。结果:经过18个月的矫正,实验组患者在佩戴硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)矫正后的角膜前表面的最陡平均曲率明显下降,并且患者的角膜地形图SRI、SAI、散光都明显减少,PVA提高了很多。而对照组患者在佩戴普通软性角膜接触镜矫正后的角膜地形图无明显改善。结论:在临床上,角膜屈光手术是一种非常常见的眼科手术,通常情况下,在患者手术后都需要进行RGP的矫正,通过RGP的矫正能对患者角膜屈光手术后的圆锥角膜有明显的改善,并且能保持患者角膜的前后表面最平平均曲率,是目前最有效矫正角膜屈光手术的方法。Objective：To study and analysis of secondary keratoconus after corneal refractive surgery contig-oriented correction effect.Methods：111cases in our hospital for almost two years to receive treatment for corneal refractive surgery after keratoconus patients were randomly chosen,selected from the 84patients（164eyes）as the research object,according to the requirements,divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group of 42patients（84eyes）.Let the experimental group after corneal refractive surgery patients wearing hard permeability corneal contact lens（contig-oriented）to correct.While the control group after corneal refractive surgery patients wear ordinary soft corneal contact lens to correct.Eighteen months later,observes two groups of patients before and after the corneal surface curvature and the changes of cornea map.Results：After 18 months of correction,in the experimental group patients wearing hard permeability after corneal contact lens（contig-oriented）correction of the steepest mean curvature on the surface of the cornea before declined obviously,and patients with corneal topographic map SRI and SAI,astigmatism is significantly reduced,PVA improved a lot.While the control group patients after wearing ordinary soft corneal contact lens correction of corneal topography has no obvious improvement.Conclusion：In clinical,corneal refractive surgery is a very common eye surgery abdominal surgery,under normal circumstances,after surgery in patients require contig-oriented corrective,through contig-oriented corrective to after corneal refractive surgery in patients with keratoconus can have improved,and can keep patients with corneal surface before and after the mean curvature.Is the most effective method of correcting corneal refractive surgery.
