摘　　要：Do you want to stay fit？ Do you want to be fashionable at the sametime？ Wearing a pair of qiancengdi shoes （cloth shoes with solesmade from many layers of cloth stitched together） is an ideal option.The shoes, which embody elements of traditional Chinese culture, have become increasingly popular in recent years, especially as an increasing number of Chinese have improved their awareness ofthe importance of health.千层底布鞋因鞋底用白布裱成袼褙，多层叠起纳制而成，取其形象得名。随着人们健康观念的提升，怀旧与返朴成了21世纪现代人追赶的潮流，手工千层底布鞋日益受到追捧，中国市场上经营干层底布鞋的店铺随处可见。2008年6月“内联升千层底布鞋制作技艺”，入选第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
