高校分析测试中心发展状态分析及对策

摘　　要：分析了高校分析测试中心30多年的发展历程,指出其历经两次增长高峰期且总数量不断增加,证实了中心存在的必然性。通过对其发展过程的仔细研究,高校中心要实现可持续发展,首先要准确定位自身职能,第一是为学校的教学、科研和人才培养服务;其次中心必须能获得学校领导的支持,才能不断引进先进的大型精密仪器设备和优秀的人才;第三,需要采用优质的运行管理模式,以制度建设保障中心的服务功能;第四,需要做好信息化建设,加入区域共享,提高仪器利用率;最后通过实验室资质认证规范实验室管理,提高整个实验室的服务水平。Through analyzing 30 years development of the testing and analysis centers of universities,the present article has shown that there have been two growth peaks,and the number has been increasing continuously,so that the necessity of their existence in universities has been proved.By a careful examination on development history,this article has pointed out that in order to achieve the sustainable development of a testing and analysis center,some experience and practices should be adopted.First,functions of the centers need to be accurately oriented.The primary function should be providing services to the teaching,research and talent training of the universities.Second,only with the support from the leaders of the university,it can attract more talents and import more advanced instruments and equipment.Third,the employment of a good management model is also essential for its institutional construction,which will assure the quality of its services.Fourth,it is also important to advance its information construction and join the local sharing so as to effectively increase the utilization rate of its equipment.Last,lab qualification accreditation can be employed as a method to regulate the management of the laboratory,which will duly improve the quality of its services.
