摘　　要：随着国际间经济交流活动的日益频繁及涉外法律纠纷增多,需要更多的既精通法律又精通英语的高尖端法律人才,英语在涉外法律活动中,显得更为重要。但我国涉外律师行业英语发展状况和法律全球化进程还有一定距离,我们需要意识到问题的严峻性,尽早建立起有效的涉外法律英语培训体系和认证机制,缩短我国与国外法律业界的距离,把我国涉外法律人才的培养提升到战略的高度,尽快使我国涉外法律行业得到更好发展。With the rapid development of international economic exchanges, there is in China a great demand for more talents who are proficient in English and also at dealing with international legal disputes. So English is becoming very important to legal activities. However, there is a long way for our foreign-related lawyers to go in the process of legal globalization. We need to be aware of the serious problems and establish an effective legal English training system and authentication mechanism as soon as possible. We need to enhance the training of our foreign-related legal talents and shorten the distance between foreign legal industry and ours to better our foreign-related legal industry.
