摘 要:目的 调查某民办高校护生心理弹性与适应的状况及其相关性,为拟定干预性措施提供依据。方法 采用心理弹性量表与中国大学生适应量表,对207名在校一年级护生进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 本组护生心理弹性与适应条目均分为2.54、3.12分,其心理弹性与适应呈正相关(r=0.17~0.67,P〈0.05);不同心理弹性水平的护生在适应得分上的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 民办高校护生心理弹性与适应处于中等水平,心理弹性水平越高则适应越强。Objective To investigate the relationship between resilience and adjustment of nursing students in a private college and to provide reference for intervention measures. Methods An investigation was conducted among 207 nursing freshmen with Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and China College Student Adjustment Scale (CCSAS). Results The average score of resilience and adjustment was 2.54 and 3.12 respectively and there was positive relationship between resilience and adjustment (r= 0.17-0.67, P〈0.05). The scores of adjustment of students with different levels of resilience indicated statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Resilience and adjustment of nursing students in the private college maintain in a mediate level and there is positive relationship between resilience and adjustment.
