某民办高校护生心理弹性与适应的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 调查某民办高校护生心理弹性与适应的状况及其相关性,为拟定干预性措施提供依据。方法 采用心理弹性量表与中国大学生适应量表,对207名在校一年级护生进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 本组护生心理弹性与适应条目均分为2.54、3.12分,其心理弹性与适应呈正相关（r=0.17～0.67,P〈0.05）;不同心理弹性水平的护生在适应得分上的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 民办高校护生心理弹性与适应处于中等水平,心理弹性水平越高则适应越强。Objective To investigate the relationship between resilience and adjustment of nursing students in a private college and to provide reference for intervention measures. Methods An investigation was conducted among 207 nursing freshmen with Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale （CD-RISC） and China College Student Adjustment Scale （CCSAS）. Results The average score of resilience and adjustment was 2.54 and 3.12 respectively and there was positive relationship between resilience and adjustment （r= 0.17-0.67, P〈0.05）. The scores of adjustment of students with different levels of resilience indicated statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Resilience and adjustment of nursing students in the private college maintain in a mediate level and there is positive relationship between resilience and adjustment.
