摘　　要：针对面粉搅拌机在实际应用中存在的缺陷,从物质搅拌的物理过程、基础原理、黏性物质搅拌负载及调速性能的配合、工艺流程4个方面研究智能变频面粉搅拌机机械部分的设计,为相关工艺提供借鉴。Aiming at existing faults in application of flour blenders, the author studies the design of mechanical part of the intelligent variable frequency flour blender from the following four aspects： the physical process of material mixing, basic principle, cooperating about load and speed controlling of stirring viscous material, process flow, etc.
