摘　　要：红枣干燥是降低浆枣率、提高红枣等级以及增加果农经济收入的重要手段。为此,介绍了国内红枣干燥机械的几种机型及其结构与工作原理;论述了红枣干燥机的发展现状及新技术的应用;探讨了红枣干燥机械存在的问题和发展趋势,如深入研究红枣的干燥机理,开展太阳能、微波和红外等多种干燥技术的组合干燥工艺的研究,应用微机、自动控制技术进行干燥过程的监测,运用计算机辅助设计进行干燥过程的数学模拟研究等。Red dates＇ drying is an important means to reduce rotten jujube rate, improve the grade and increase farmers income. This article introduces several models of our country＇s red dates drying machines, the working principle and the structure of drying equipment. Current situation of red dates drying machines and application of new technology of red dates drying machines are expounded; the existing problems and the development trend of red dates drying machines are discussed. Such as researching on the drying mechanism of red dates ; studying on combined drying process of solar energy, infrared and microwave drying technology; using microcomputer and the automatic control technology to monitor drying process; studying mathematical model of drying process by computer aided design and so on.
