摘  要:随着民族旅游的蓬勃发展,民族社区中涌现出一个新群体——妇女旅游精英。文章对西部4个省8个民族地区23位社区妇女旅游精英进行访谈,运用扎根理论对访谈内容进行编码,找出影响民族社区妇女旅游精英成功的34个成功因素并归并为6个范畴,频次由高到低分别为经营能力、行为态度、家庭内部关系、个性特质、文化承载和家庭外部关系。家庭内部关系和文化承载是民族地区妇女精英成功的独特因素。将6个范畴进一步归并为3个核心范畴,即个人因素、人际因素和其他因素。对这些妇女的精英化因素进行研究能为社区妇女成长和社区发展提供参考。Along with the development of ethnic tourism, a group of women tourist agents emerge in ethnic communities. This paper in- terviewed 23 women tourist agents in 8 ethnic communities in 4 western provinces in China and uses Grounded Theory to code the in- terview contents. As the result, we identify 34 factors in 6 categories that have contributed to these women's successes, arranging from the frequency from high to low as business capability, attitude and behavior, family relationships, personality characteristics, cultural bearings and relationship outside the family. Family relationships and the cultural bearings are special factors for women agents in eth- nic communities. To further narrow the six categories into three groups result in the following groupings of personal factors, interper- sonal factors and other factors. These findings on factors affecting women tourist agents can provide a perspective of the growth of women in communities and community development.
