摘　　要：在分析和总结基于知识链的开放式创新研究现状及存在的问题后,提出一种开放式创新环境下知识服务体系的概念,揭示该知识服务体系的内在结构特征,以及联接不同参与主体的协同机制、交易机制、保障机制和评价机制,给出实现开放式创新环境下知识服务体系的关键技术,构建基于维基的协作式本体注记技术的交互式创新平台,从提供知识服务视角为企业开放式创新的开展提供新的解决思路。After analyzing the present study for open innovation based on knowledge chain and the existing problems,the concept of knowledge service system in open innovation environment,the inner structure features and the mechanisms of coordination,trading,guarantee,and evaluation connected with different participants were proposed.Moreover,the key technology was given.The interactive innovation platform which used Wikipedia-based Collaborative Ontology Annota-tion （WCOA）technology was designed to provide a novel idea for enterprise open innovation from the perspective of knowledge services.
