摘　　要：考虑协同创新和非协同创新两种模式,分别建立博弈模型分析主导企业进行创新研发的条件,并指出新技术收益、创新成本等因素影响主导企业的创新决策。在此基础上分析群内技术进步扩散的过程并给出发生技术扩散的条件。This paper analyzed the conditions of the leading enterprises＆#39;innovative activities with game model,and point-ed out that several factors affected the leading companies’decision -making.On this basis,this paper analyzed the process of diffusion of technological progress under the cluster and discussed the conditions of technology diffusion.
