摘　　要：分析云计算产业发展现状,通过在互联网搜索找到公开报道的2009年到2014年2月间149起国外云计算企业并购交易,分析这些交易的特征、动因及对我国的启示,以期为我国云计算产业的发展提供理论和实践上的借鉴。This article analyzes the present situation of the cloud computing industry development,then finds 1 49 openly reported cases of foreign cloud computing M＆A from 2009 to February 201 4,analyzes the characteristics and motivations of theses cases,and puts forward the enlightenment to our country.It is hoped to provide theoretical and practical refer-ence for the cloud computing industry development in China.
