韩国科研绩效评估对中医类项目绩效评估的启示

摘　　要：目前中医类科研项目的绩效评价，仍处在对基本原则和规律的探索阶段。本文通过对韩国科研绩效评估现状进行分析，探讨其对中医类科研项目绩效评估的启示，以确立充分反映中医类科研项目核心绩效的指标体系，建立有中医药特色的科研项目绩效评估方法。Nowadays, the research performance evaluation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is basically exploring the principles and rules. What become the problems are that what index system can fully reflect the TCM performance evaluation, and what method can reflect the characteristics of TCM performance evaluation. Analyzing the status of the Korean research performance evaluation, we briefly disseminated how to establish the TCM performance evaluation.
