摘　　要：再生基因Ⅳ（RegⅣ）是再生基因家族的一员，与消化系统细胞的增殖和分化相关。RegⅣ与肿瘤的发生、发展，肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭以及抗凋亡等密切相关，可能是肿瘤靶向治疗潜在的分子靶标。As a member of regenerating islet-derived family,regenerating islet-derived type Ⅳ（RegⅣ）is involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. RegⅣ is closely related to the occurrence and develop-ment of tumor,tumor cell proliferation and invasion and anti-apoptosis,and it may be a potential molecular target of targeting therapy in cancer.
