农村初中骨干教师感恩与职业倦怠:内省情绪智力的中介作用

摘　　要：目的考察感恩与职业倦怠的关系及内省情绪智力的中介作用,为降低农村初中骨干教师的职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用感恩问卷、内省情绪智力量表和职业倦怠问卷对103名农村初中骨干教师进行问卷调查,并采用方差分析、相关分析和层次回归技术对调查数据进行统计分析。结果 (1)农村初中骨干教师的感恩不存在明显的年龄和健康状况差异(P>0.05),但是性别差异显著,男教师的感恩水平显著地低于女教师(P<0.05);(2)感恩与职业倦怠之间的负相关显著(r=-0.416,P<0.001);(3)内省情绪智力是感恩影响职业倦怠的中介变量。结论感恩不仅直接影响农村初中骨干教师的职业倦怠,而且通过内省情绪智力间接影响职业倦怠,可通过培养感恩和内省情绪智力来降低农村骨干教师的职业倦怠程度。Objective To explore the relationship between gratitude and burnout, and the mediating role of the intrapersonal emotional intelligence, and to provide bases for reducing the burnout of core teachers in rural school. Methods In total of 103 core teachers in rural middle school were selected to fill out gratitude questionnaire-6, intrapersonal emotional intelligence scale,Maslach burnout inventory-educators survey, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression were used. Results（1） There was not a significant difference in gratitude among different age and health of teachers, but significantly different gratitude in sex, scores of male teachers were significant lower than that of female ones（P〈0.05）.（2） Gratitude was negatively related to burnout（r=-0.416, P〈0.001）.（3） Intrapersonal emotional intelligence played as a mediator between gratitude and burnout. Conclusion Gratitude not only directly affects the burnout of core teachers in rural school, but also indirectly affects on burnout through intrapersonal emotional intelligence, and the burnout of corel teachers in rural school can be reduced by improving the gratitude and intrapersonal emotional intelligence.
