摘　　要：基本公共服务均等化是满足常住人口对公共物品基本需求,核心在于合理配置城乡间基本公共服务设施,促进农村人口向城镇转移以及外来人口市民化过程。以基础教育为切入点,探讨以提升城镇化质量为目标,从供给和需求两方面入手构建顺德区基础教育设施配置均衡化评价体系,提出针对快速城镇化过程以需求为导向的规划管理建议。满足外来人口子女就学学位资源需求是目前基础教育服务均等化的首要目标,其次逐步改善硬件配置标准和提高可达性以提高设施利用效率。The basic equalization of public services is to meet the basic needs of the resident population on public goods. The core is the rational allocation between urban and rural public service facilities, promoting the rural population to cities and the Floating Population in the way of residents process. Take the point of basic education service and take the aim of enhancing the quality of urbanization, this paper take the assessment of basic education services layout with the framework from the supply and demand of public service, ased on the evaluation results, the study layout to provide demand-oriented planning and management recommendations. The Primary target is to meet the degree resource requirements, then improvement in the hardware configuration standards and the accessibility of facilities.
