摘  要:以红菊芋为材料,通过田间试验对菊芋全生育周期的器官生长发育、干物质积累分配动态以及光合性能指标变化进行了连续观察研究。结果表明,地上部器官生长量与干物质积累量均在苗后第56天之前变化缓慢,之后迅速上升,第126天达到峰值,之后开始迅速转向块茎生长,块茎干物质积累则经过了块茎形成、块茎形成与膨大并行、块茎迅速膨大3个阶段,峰值出现在第161天(298.15g·株-1);叶面积指数、光合势在出苗后第56天之前变化缓慢,之后呈对数式生长,相关性都极显著,第126天达到峰值,分别为6.55和401 016m2·d-1·hm-2,之后迅速下降;叶绿素相对含量在地上部干物质开始向块茎转移前有高峰出现,峰值为38.4。可以将整个生长期分为出苗期、快速生长期和块茎膨大期等3个阶段。Taking Red Jerusalem artichoke as materials, the growth & development of organ, dry matter accumulation allocation and the change of photosynthesis indicators of Helianthus tuberosus were studied. Result shows that the changes of the growth and dry matter accumulation of aerial organs are all slow before the 56th day,rise rapidly later;reach peak value at the 126th day; turn to tuber growth rapidly later; the tuber dry matter accumulation have three phrases (tuber formation, tube formation and enlargement exist simultaneously and tuber enlarge rapidly), the peak value emerge at the 161st day (298.15 g ·tree-1 ). The change of LAI and LAD is slow before the 56th day,rise logarithmly later,both remarkably related,and reach peak value (respectively being 6.55 & 401 016 m2·d@· hm 2) at the 126th day; they drop rapidly in the last. Chlorophyll content has the peak value in the phase before dry matter transferred from over ground organ to tubers and the peak value are 38.4. The entire vegetal period could be divided into three stages: period of emergence,the fast-growing period & the time of tuber expanding period.
