摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划大赛是深入开展职业发展教育的有效途径。通过分析职业生涯规划大赛对职业发展教育课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学研究等方面的积极作用,提出了"以赛促学、以赛促行、以赛促教"的思路来进一步办好职业生涯规划大赛的建议。College students career planning contest is an effective way to carry out career development educational teaching .By analyzing the career planning contest for career development education teaching contents teaching methods and teaching research of the positive function promoting learning practicing and teaching through contests was put forward to make a further improvement in career planning contest .
