摘 要:建立了一种固相萃取-加压毛细管电色谱同时测定水产品接触材料中5种芳香胺含量的方法。采用EP-100-20/45-3-C18毛细管柱和紫外检测器进行分离检测,以甲醇:磷酸氢二钾水溶液(20mmol,pH=8)为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,在240nm波长下加压+6kV,五种芳香胺得到良好的分离。五种芳香胺在2~20mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99;加标回收率在70.1%~84.5%之间,RSD〈5.7%,检出限介于1.0~4.0mg/L(S/N=3)之间。该方法灵敏度较好,前处理简便易行,适用于水产品接触材料中芳香胺的快速检测。In this paper, a validated pCEC method has been developed for the separation and qualification of five aromatic amines in seafood contact matenals. By combining solid-phase extraction, these amines were efficiently separated on an EP-100-20/45-3-C18 capillary column and UV detector, using a mobile phase of methanol/phosphate buffer solution (20 mmol/L, pH=8) in gradient elution. Flow-rate, detection wavelength, temperature, and impressed voltage were adjusted to 0.04 mL/min, 240 nm, room temperature, and +6 kV, re-spectively. The liner range was 2-20 mg/L, the correlation coefficient were>0.99, and the absolute recoveries ranged from 70.1% to 84.5% for the five compounds. RSDs of the five aromatic amines were less than 5.7%, and the limit of detection was between 1.0-4.0 mg/L (S/N=3). The method is suitable for the rapid detection of the aromatic amines which is sensitive and convenient.
