摘　　要：大学内部治理结构是大学制度建设的重要内容,事关大学的发展方向与改革基础。大学内部治理结构具有自身的独特性,其要素构成既取决于大学的组织特性,也受制于各国的文化基础。由于大学学科专业知识发展的天然需求、经济社会发展的现实需要以及权力体系的组合与博弈,大学内部治理结构存在着较强的改革动力,需要在转变观念的基础上,借用外部力量动员与推动,不断完善内部激励机制,加快大学内部治理结构改革步伐。Internal governance structure of university is an important content of university system construction, which influnces the development direction of the university and the reform foundation. The internal governance structure of university has its own unique characteristics, its composing elements depends on both the university characteristics and the national cultural foundation. Because of the needs of professional knowledge, economic and social development, political power, the internal governance structure has strong power in the reform. We need speed up the pace of reform of internal governance structure, based on changing the ideas, using external forces, and constantly improving the internal incentive mechanism.
