摘　　要：来华留学生教育体制改革属于国家教育体制改革的重要组成部分,"扩大规模"和"完善体制"是国家对来华留学生教育体制改革的目标定向。为总结、提炼试点地区三年来改革的成果,课题组深入试点高校,采取调查问卷、集体访谈等方式,并结合各试点的自评报告,对改革中的典型经验、存在的问题及解决对策进行了深入系统的研究。我国来华留学生教育同时呈现出"多元和不均衡"的发展现状,需要各办学主体坚持以"合理定位"和"办出特色"作为教育原则,在学科建设、人才培养创新模式、提升办学质量等内涵发展方面下大功夫。The international education system reform is a basic component of national education system reform. To sum up three-year＇s achievements , the research group used questionnaire survey, group interviews and other research methods, combining with the self-evaluation report of the pilot area, carried out a in-depth research. We summarized the problems and put forward countermeasures as well. At present, the international education shows ＂pluralistic and unbalanced＂ development situation. Therefore, the main school principal should adhere to a ＂reasonable localization＂ and ＂do the characteristic＂ as principles, recognize the specific characteristics, identify the location, devote time and energy in terms of discipline construction, personnel training mode and other aspects.
