摘 要:目的:研究橙皮甙溶液预处理对牙本质耐橙汁脱矿能力的影响。方法:取因阻生而新鲜拔除的第三磨牙制备成4 mm×3 mm×2 mm的牙本质块60个,并将其随机分为双蒸水(阴性对照)、1 000 mg/L NaOH(溶剂对照)、1 000 mg/L NaF(阳性对照)、7 000 mg/L及35 00 mg/L橙皮甙(实验1、实验2)组;经基线显微硬度(SMH1)测试后,进行pH循环处理:相应预处理液浸泡10 min,橙汁饮料浸泡1 h、中性缓冲液浸泡5 min为一个循环,2次/d,共7 d;7 d后采用维氏显微硬度计和激光共聚焦显微镜测定牙本质表面显微硬度变化及脱矿深度。结果:脱矿前各组牙本质显微硬度无显著差异(P>0.05),脱矿后1 000 mg/L NaF组和7 000 mg/L橙皮甙组ΔSMH和脱矿深度均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但ΔSMH及脱矿深度显著低于其他3组(P<0.05)。结论:橙汁饮料可导致牙本质脱矿;7 000 mg/L橙皮甙溶液能提高牙本质的耐脱矿能力,其效果与1 000 mg/L NaF溶液相当。AIM: To investigate the anti-demineralization effect of hesperidin on human coronal dentine . METHODS:Extracted molars were sectioned into slices with the size of 4 mm ×3 mm ×2 mm.All 60 specimens were randomly divided into 5 groups according to different pretreatment solution .The dissolvant control was 1 000 mg/L NaOH. The negative control was double distilled water .The positive control was 1 000 mg/L NaF.The experimental groups were 7 000 mg/L and 3 500 mg/L hesperidin(HPN) solution.The pH cycling was employed on the specimens by incubation in testing solutions for 10 min, in orange juice for 1 h and in neutral buffer for 5 min.The pH cycling went for 7 days (2 times per day).The micro-hardness(SMH)was measured by a Vickers micro-hardness tester(n=6), and the lesion depth was evaluated by laser scanning confocal microscope ( n=6) .RESULTS:Before pH cycling , the SMH among all tested groups showed no significant difference ( P 〉0.05).After pH cycling, the SMH loss and lesion depth of 1 000 mg/L NaF and 7 000 mg/L HPN groups were not significantly different (P〉0.05), but significantly lower than those in other 3groups (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION:The orange juice is erosive to dentin.Hesperidin at 7 000 mg/L can inhibit the demineralization of human coronal dentin.
