摘　　要：目的:研究脑信号蛋白3A(Semaphorin3A,SEMA3A)及其受体神经毡蛋白-1(Neuropilin-1,NRP-1)在大鼠切牙的成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞及牙周膜中的定位表达,并探究其在大鼠牙齿发育中的可能意义。方法:取6周龄Wistar大鼠的下颌骨常规脱钙、梯度乙醇脱水、石蜡包埋,沿颊舌向切片后分别进行HE和免疫组化染色;显微镜下观察Sema3a、Nrp-1在各组成细胞中的表达、分布。结果:在分泌期成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞中Sema3a、Nrp-1均呈阳性表达;在牙周膜细胞中Sema3a呈阳性表达,而Nrp-1的表达为阴性。结论:SEMA3A、NRP-1可能在牙齿硬组织发育中具有重要的意义。AIM： To study the expression of semaphorin 3a （ Sema3a） and its receptor neuropilin-1 （Nrp-1） in the ameloblasts, odontoblasts and periodontal ligament of rat incisor and explore their possible roles in the development of rat tooth .METHODS：Six-week-old Wistar rats were sacrificed and the mandibles were resected .Af-ter conventional decalcification and graded dehydreation , the specimens were embedded in paraffin .Continuous sec-tions at buccal-lingual direction were prepared and stained with HE and immunohistochemical methods .The expression of Sema3a and Nrp-1 in ameloblasts, odontoblasts and periodontal ligament cells of incisor were observed under micro-scope.RESULTS：Sema3a and Nrp-1 were positively expressed in the secretion stage of ameloblasts and odonto-blasts.In the periodontal ligament cells Sema 3a was expressed positively but Nrp-1 was negative.CONCLUSION：SEMA 3A and NRP-1 may play an essential function in the development of dental hard tissue .
