摘  要:目的:观察生物交联剂京尼平预处理对牙本质-树脂粘结面即刻和老化后粘结强度的影响。方法:分别以蒸馏水、无水乙醇、无水丙酮液作为溶剂配置含京尼平浓度为0.05、0.10、0.15 mg/mL的预处理剂,并以纯溶剂作为空白对照,分别对酸蚀后的牙本质粘结面进行预处理;然后用Z350纳米复合树脂制备牙本质-树脂粘结试件,用万能测试机检测各组牙本质-树脂粘结面的即刻和冷热循环老化处理后的微拉伸粘结强度。结果:牙本质粘结面经不同溶剂配置的不同浓度京尼平预处理剂处理后,其牙本质-树脂粘结面的即刻微拉伸粘结强度(除0.05 mg/mL组外),均显著高于相应的溶剂对照组(P<0.05),并且呈浓度依赖性增加;经冷热循环老化后,仍以0.1 mg/mL和0.15 mg/mL浓度的京尼平预处理组的微拉伸粘结强度显著高于相应的溶剂对照组(P<0.05),各组老化后的微拉伸粘结强度均明显低于其未经老化处理的相应组(P<0.05)。结论:京尼平预处理可有效保护牙本质-树脂粘结界面,并能减缓其老化过程。AIM:To investigate the effect of geniposide on the durability of resin-dentin bonding against thermal cycling .METHODS:Fresh dentin specimens from extracted human third molars were demineralized and then were pretreated by genipin-based preconditioners at 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 mg/mL and various solvents (distilled water, ethanol or acetone ) .Then resin-dentin bond samples were prepared using Filtek TM Z350 XT universal restorative com-posite resin .The durability of resin-dentin bond against thermal cycling was evaluated by omnipatent material machine before and after thermal cycling .RESULTS:Samples treated by geniposide at 0.10 mg/mL or 0.15 mg/mL exhibited significantly greater immediate microtensile bond strength than those treated by the controls (P〈0.05).After thermal cycling, resin-dentin bonding of Geniposide pretreatment groups (at 0.10 or 0.15 mg/mL) showed significantly higher ultimate microtensile bond strength than that of the controls (P〈0.05), and significantly lower than that of non-ther-mal cycling groups (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION: Transient pretreatment by geniposide-based preconditioners can promote the resin-dentin bonding interface against thermal cycling .
