常温流动牙胶GuttaFlow用于磨牙根管治疗术一次法的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:评价常温流动牙胶GuttaFlow用于磨牙一次性根管治疗术后的急性反应及疗效。方法:将102名牙髓炎患者的325个根管随机分为GuttaFlow组(n=163)和碧蓝糊剂组(对照组,n=162)。常规根管预备后,分别用GuttaFlow与碧蓝糊剂进行一次性根管充填,观察术后2组充填情况并随访7 d内急性反应及1年后临床疗效。结果:GuttaFlow组即刻充填质量、7 d内术后反应率优于对照组(P<0.05);1年疗效两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:常温流动牙胶GuttaFlow对牙髓炎一次性根充术后反应小,且1年内疗效可靠。AIM：To determine the clinical outcome of single-visit root canal therapy with GuttaFlow in mo-lar root canal therapy .METHODS：102 molars with 325 root canals were treated by single-visit filling with GuttaFlow （163 canals） and deep blue cataplasm（162 canals） respectivey.Quality of filling was assessed using radiograph .The pain intensity within 1 week after treatment and the therapeutic outcome were evaluated by 12-month follow-up. RESUTS：Radiographic scores of root filling quality of Gutteflow group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）.No significant difference was observed between the 2 groups at 1 year follow -up （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION：Single-visit root canal therapy using GuttaFlow technique result in less postoperative reaction and may produce reliable therapeutic outcome in 1 year.
