摘　　要：BMP-2是一种可调节具有成骨特性细胞的生物学特性(形态发生、增殖分化、迁移趋化等)的生长因子。牙周膜干细胞是存在于牙周膜中的一种具有自我增殖、多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,被誉为牙周组织工程的最佳种子细胞。研究BMP-2对于牙周膜干细胞生物学特性的影响,对于联合二者应用于牙周组织再生有一定的临床意义。本文就BMP-2对牙周膜干细胞的增殖、分化和迁移特性的影响作一综述。Bone morphogenetic protein-2 （BMP-2） is a growth factor which has regulating effects on cellu-lar morphogenesis, proliferation and differentiation.Periodontal ligament stem cells （PDLSCs）, as the promising seeds in periodontal regeneration , are capable of self-renewal with multi-differentiation potency .The effects of BMP-2 on PDLSCs remain unknown .It is of great importance to study the biological effects of BMP-2 on PDLSCs.This review fo-cuses on the influence of BMP-2 on PDLSCs in terms of proliferation , apoptosis , differentiation and migration .
