摘　　要：目的：探讨洗必泰冲洗液在根管治疗中的疗效。方法选择需要根管治疗的牙髓炎患牙120例，随机分为两组，分别采用洗必泰冲洗和双氧水以及生理盐水冲洗，比较两组患者诊间疼痛发生率。结果试验组疼痛发生率（32.2%）低于对照组（73.3%），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论洗必泰冲洗液进行根管冲洗可减少诊间疼痛的发生，值得在临床推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of chlorhexidine in the root canal treatment.Methods 120 cases of pulpitis which need the root canal treatment were divided into two groups at random. Chlorhexidine was applied to the cases of experimental group and hydrogen peroxide and normal sodium were applied to the control group. The incidence of pain among appointment was evaluated and compared clinically.Results The incidence of pain in experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion chlorhexidine can decrease the incidence of pain,thus it is worth the promotion and application in clinic.
