摘  要:目的探讨听障儿童双字调发音能力的影响因素。方法对120名3-5岁听障儿童的双字调发音进行评估,并对影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果康复年龄、助听效果、康复时间和性别对双字调发音的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),生理年龄、助听方式、佩戴时间对听障儿童的双字调发音能力的影响没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。康复年龄和康复时间的两两比较分析表明,3岁以前接受康复以及康复时间在一年半以上的听障儿童的双字调发音能力更好。Logistic回归分析显示,康复年龄、康复时间和助听效果对双字调发音能力有显著性预测作用。结论保证最优的助听效果、3岁以前接受康复训练并持续一年半以上,对听障儿童双字调发音能力的提高具有重要意义。Objective To study influential factors affecting di-syllabic tones in hearing-impaired children. Methods Di-syllabic tones were tested in 120 hearing-impaired children aged 3 to 5 years. Data were collected and analyzed using lo-gistic regression models. Results Age at onset of rehabilitation, duration of rehabilitation,hearing threshold levels obtained with the hearing device and gender showed significant influences on di-syllabic tone performance (P〈0.05),and the first three factors were predictors for di-syllabic tone performance on logistic regression. Chronological age,type of hearing device and duration of hearing device use didn't show correlation with di-syllabic tone performance (P〉0.05). Partition ofχ2 indi-cated that hearing-impaired children who began to receive rehabilitation training before the age of three and continued for more than a year and a half demonstrated better di-syllabic tone performance. Conclusion Properly fitted devices, rehabili-tation training starting before 3 years of age and lasting for at least 1.5 years are of great value in improving di-syllabic tone outcomes in hearing-impaired children.
