摘 要:目的:评价间接修复树脂在不同着色溶液、高温水浴中颜色的稳定性,与直接充填树脂比较颜色稳定性的差异。方法:选用2种间接修复树脂和3种直接充填复合树脂材料,分别制作32个试样,随机分为4组(n=8)。浸泡于去离子水、茶、咖啡和60℃去离子水中7d。测色仪测量试样在基线、1、3、7d的色度参数,并计算色差值。结果:茶溶液造成试样的颜色改变最大(色差值为6.04~8.08)。在咖啡溶液存储后,试样的颜色改变均超过2.0。然而,去离子水和60℃去离子水中,试样的颜色改变小于2.0。结论:茶或咖啡着色溶液能够造成间接修复树脂颜色改变。Objective: To evaluate the color stability of two indirect composite resins (Ceramage, SR Adoro) after immersion in different solutions and compare them with three direct composite resins (Filtek Z350, Clearfil Majesty Esthetic, Gradia Direct Anterior). Methods: Thirty two disk--shaped specimens were fabricated for each of the res- in composites. The specimens of each resin composite were then randomly divided into four groups (n= 8) followed by immersing in deionized water, tea, coffee, and 60~C deionized water for 7 days. The color of specimens was measured by a spectrophotometer at baseline, 1 day, 3 days and 7 days. The color differences between baseline and after immersion at each time interval were calculated and statistically analyzed. Results: The different solutions had significantly influence on discoloration of resin composites (P〈0. 001). There was no significant difference in the staining susceptibility of the five resin composites (P= 0. 104). The highest color changes were observed for all res- in composites after storage in tea solutions for 7 days (from 6.04 to 8.08). The AE values of all resin composites were over 2.0 in coffee after 7 days storage. No perceptible color changes were detected in deionized water and 60 ℃ deionized water for all resin composites (△E〈2.0). Conclusion: Tea or coffee solutions can produce perceptible dis- coloration of indirect composite resins. There was no significant difference in color stability between indirect and di- rect composite resins.
