摘 要:目的:利用Ag的抗菌特性,制备并检测镀银涂层不锈钢对变形链球菌抗菌性,开发抗菌性正畸不锈钢托槽。方法:先用射频磁控溅射法镀银薄膜后,再用强流脉冲电子束辐照,使银合金化于不锈钢表面形成抗菌涂层,根据制备参数的不同分为3个实验组,未镀膜组作为对照组。通过扫描电镜和能谱分析仪检测薄膜的结构、形貌、组成,并通过覆膜法检测镀Ag涂层对变形链球菌的抗菌性能。结果:镀Ag涂层对变形链球菌抗菌率分别为86.99%、99.30%和71.68%。结论:镀Ag涂层抗菌薄膜对变形链球菌具有较强的抗菌效果,可用于矫治中减少不锈钢托槽上的菌斑的堆积和预防釉质白斑的发生。Objective: To assess the antibacterial effect of surface modified stainless steel with Ag coating against Streptococcus mutants in vitro for orthodontic bracket. Methods: The coating was carried out by the radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method with Ag, which then was melted by irradiation of high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB). The specimens were divided into three test groups with different sputtered times and irradiation pulses,with uncoated ones acted as a control group. The specimens was then subjected to the pellicle - sticking method for the antibacterial properties against Streptococcus mutants(S, mutants). The crystal structure and sur- face morphology of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and EDS. Software package SPSS 17.0 was used for all statistical analysis. Results: The inhibition percentage was from 71.68% to 99.30% for Ag coating. Conclusion: The Ag coating has shown significant antibacterial effect against S. mutants. Surface modi- fication of stainless steel orthodontic brackets with Ag coating can be used to prevent the development the white spot lesions during orthodontic treatment.
