摘 要:目的:本研究的目的在于为即刻种植手术提供理论指导,减少种植外科手术的并发症和风险。方法:对80名患者100颗未患龋坏的上颌中切牙进行检查测量。按照年龄分为3组:青年组30例(20~39岁),中年组30例(40~59岁).老年组20例(60~79岁)。同时按照性别分为男女两组。唇腭侧骨壁的厚度通过3个位点进行测量:釉牙骨质界下4mm,根中部,根尖处。结果:大部分上颌中切牙的唇腭侧骨壁年龄和性别的差异显著(P〈0.05)。青年组的唇腭侧骨壁较其他组厚。男性的唇腭侧骨壁较女性厚。结论:由于患者个体差异(年龄和性别)的存在,且上颌中切牙牙槽骨壁菲薄。在即刻种植术前,通过CBCT和口腔检查进行精确的诊断是非常必要的。Objective: To provide the guidance for the planning of immediate implant, reduce implant surgical com- plications and risks. Methods: The study examined 80 people 100 non-carious center incisors. These teeth were di- vided into 3 groups according to the age of the patients: youth group 30 cases(20-39), middle--aged group 30 cases (40-59) ,and older group 20 cases(60-79), meanwhile divided into 2 groups according to the gender. The thick- ness of facial and palatal bone wall was measured at 3 locations: 4 mm apical to the cementoenamel junction, the middle of the root, the root apex. Results: Significant differences between most points at the maxillary center incisor were found in age groups and gender groups (P〈0.05). The youth group had thicker bone wall than other groups. Regarding the gender groups, the male group had thicker bone wall than female groups. Conclusion: It is necessary to achieve an accurate diagnosis through CBCT and oral examination before immediate implant placement because of individual variation(age and gender) and the thin maxillary center incisor alveolar bone wall.
