摘 要:目的:通过锥形束CT自带软件测量牙槽骨高度,分析补肾固齿丸辅助牙周基础治疗的效果。方法:随机抽取中医辩证阴虚火旺型的侵袭性牙周炎、慢性牙周炎患者各20名,各自随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组经牙周基础治疗后口服药物6个月,对照组仅行牙周基础治疗,测量治疗前后牙槽骨高度的改变及评估中医症候的变化。结果:侵袭性牙周炎实验组切、磨牙区牙槽骨高度增量较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(切牙区P=0.0005,磨牙区P=0.00058);慢性牙周炎实验组切牙区牙槽骨高度增量较对照组无显著差异(P=0.23),磨牙区差异显著(P=0.0004)。直线相关分析结果显示,实验组中医症候评分减少值与牙槽骨高度增加值呈正相关(r=0.945)。结论:补肾固齿丸辅助牙周基础治疗,能有效促进牙槽骨的增长。Objective: To analysis the effect of BUSHENGUCHIWAN assisted periodontal initial therapy by meas- uring the changes of the alveolar bone height by using Cone beam Computed Tomography comes with software. Metbods Forty patients with kidney deficiency and hyperfire periodontitis, which has 20 aggressive periodontitis and 20 chronic periodontitis, were randomly selected to be studied. The 20 aggressive periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and the 20 chronic periodontitis were divided in the same princi- ple. The experimental group were given "BUSHENGUCHIWAN" after periodontal initial therapy, while the control group only rows periodontal initial therapy. Six months latter, the alveolar bone height were measured by the soft- ware built-in Cone beam Computed Tomography. Results: In experimental group of aggressive periodontitis,the increment of alveolar bone, both in molar area and incisor area, was significantly more than the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( incisor area, P=0. 0005; molar area, P=0. 00058). In experimental group of chronic periodontitis,the increment of alveolar bone in incisor area ,that compare with the control group, had no significant difference (P=0.23) , while the difference was significant in molar area (P= 0. 0004). The results of linear correlation analysis display showed that the decrease of TCM symptom score and the increment of alveolar bone height was positive correlation(r = 0. 945). Conclusion: BUSHENGUCHIWAN, as the facilitating treamt of Chinese medicine, which assisted periodontal initial therapy can effectively promote the growth of alveolar bone.
