摘　　要：先症者,男,42岁。掌跖角化性丘疹20余年。家系调查共有11例患者。皮损组织病理符合点状掌跖角化病。The proband is a 42 years old man presenting with hyperkeratotic papules distributed on the palms and soles for 20 years. A total of 11 cases with the same clinical entity in his family were found. The pathological features is in accordance with the diagnosis of punctate palmoplantar keratoderma.
