摘  要:目的 通过建立大鼠实验性牙移动模型,观察不同正畸力作用下的大鼠行为反应变化,探讨力值对大鼠行为反应的影响.方法 选取78只8周龄,体重为266.67 g±20.46 g的SD雄性大鼠,随机分为空白组6只和实验组72只(包括50 g力值组和100 g力值组各36只).空白组不做任何处理.实验组建立大鼠实验性牙齿移动模型,分别施加50 g或100 g力,近中移动左侧上颌第一磨牙,观察加力后1d、2d、3d、5d、7d、14 d各时间点的行为反应变化.观察方式包括旷野行为实验:即每只大鼠前30 s通过的总线数,5 min内通过的总线数和旷野中心的总线数,5 min内抬起行为总时间;拭嘴行为实验即5 min内拭嘴行为次数以及抗捕获实验分值.采用Kruskal-Wallis H(K)的统计学方法进行数据分析.结果 加力后大鼠的行为反应呈现一定的规律性.加力后第1d大鼠的旷野行为反应严重减少(P1<0.05),然后逐步增加至14天时的空白水平;试嘴行为次数和抗捕获分值急剧增加,至2d达高峰后,逐渐减少,第14 d时基本回复与空白组同样水平.实验组比空白组表现出明显的差异性(P2<0.05),且100 g力值组的行为反应较50 g力值组重.结论 正畸牙移动严重影响大鼠行为反应,变化程度与所施加的正畸力值有关.Objective To investigate the effects of different orthodontic forces on behavior responses during the experimental tooth movement in rats.Methods Seventy-eight 8-week-old male Sprague Dawley rats (266.67ent in g) were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group,with 6 and 72 rats respectively.Rats in experimental group received an orthodontic force moving the upper left molars misally,which counted 50 g or 100 g in two subgroups with 36 rats each.The rats' behavior was evaluated by means of open-field test,mouth wiping test and resistance-tocapture test on Day 1,2,3,5,7 and14.The following parameters were analyzed:number of lines crossed in first 30 seconds and 5 minutes,number of lines crossed to the center of the open field,rearing time in 5 minutes,number of mouth wiping and the score of resistance-to-capture.The Kruskal-Wallis H (K) test was used.Results The tests showed that behavior responses of the experimental group were significantly stronger than that of the control group after treatment.On Day 1,behavior responses decreased in open-field test (P1〈0.05) and then increased back to the blank level till Day 14; the number of mouth wiping behavior and the score of resistance-to-capture increased sharply till Day 2,and then dropped to the blank level gradually.The behavior responses were much stronger in 100 g group than 50 g group (P2〈0.05).Conclusions Orthodontic tooth movement seriously affected the behaviors of the rats,which was related to the force magnitude.
