联合治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:评价复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合盐酸伊托必利在治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspesia,FD)中的临床效果.方法:将台州市第一人民医院消化科门诊2013-01/2013-12收治的80例F D患者选取为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组40例患者,治疗方式为采用复方阿嗪米特与盐酸伊托必利联合治疗,方法为3次/d,每次餐前30min口服1片盐酸伊托必利,每次餐后口服两片复方阿嗪米特肠溶片;对照组40例患者则仅采用传统治疗方式,使用复方阿嗪米特进行治疗,方法为3次/d,每次餐后口服2片.结果:察组患者治疗前的平均腹胀计分为7.3±0.3,治疗后的平均腹胀计分为5.3±0.1,对照组患者治疗前的平均腹胀计分为7.2±0.1,治疗后的平均腹胀计分为5.6±0.2,观察组患者平均腹胀计分小于对照组患者平均腹胀计分,经统计学分析两组平均腹胀计分具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗2 wk后观察组患者功能性消化不良治疗显著有效患者26例,有效患者8例,好转患者5例,无效患者1例,平均有效率为97.5%;对照组患者功能性消化不良治疗显著有效患者18例,有效患者9例,好转患者4例,无效患者9例,平均有效率为77.5%,观察组治疗有效率更高.结论:临床使用复方阿嗪米特与盐酸伊托必利联合治疗FD具有较好效果,可以有效减少功能性消化不良患者的腹胀计分,并且治疗有效率高于单独使用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片,值得临床推广.AIM： To assess the clinical effects of azintamide entericcoated tablets combined with itopride hydrochloride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）.METHODS： Eighty FD patients treated at our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly and equally divided into two groups： a study group and a control group. The study group received combination therapy with oral azintamide and itopride hydrochloride, 3 times a day, while the control group only received azintamide.RESULTS： Abdominal distension score decreased from 7.3 ± 0.3 before treatment to 5.3 ± 0.1 after treatment in the study group, and from 7.2 ± 0.1 to 5.6 ± 0.2 in the control group. Abdominal distension score after treatment was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Two weeks after treatment, 8 patients had significant improvement, 5 had moderate improvement, and 1 had no improvement; the corresponding figures in the control group were 9, 4 and 9, respectively. The overall response rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group（97.5% vs 77.5%, P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION： Azintamide combined with itopride hydrochloride is superior to azintamide alone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in terms of reduced abdominal distension score and improved response rate.
