“三个发展”是解决当代可持续发展问题的关键

摘　　要：可持续发展理论的形成是一个历史过程。党的十八大报告提出的"绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展"是在已有可持续发展研究成果基础上的重大理论创新。"三个发展"是解决当代全球可持续发展面临的环境破坏、资源短缺和气候变化等三大环境问题的基本途径,也是我国新时期推进生态文明建设的重要内容。以"三个发展"为主要导向,加快转变发展方式,是解决我国压缩型、复合型资源环境问题,实现可持续发展的关键。As it need take a long time for the formation of sustainable development theory in China, the three kinds of develop- ment modes, Green development, Cyclic development and Low--carbon development, put forward in 18th CPC Na- tional Congress, are great innovative on the basis of the current sustainable development theory. Three development modes are the basic way to solve the three environmental problems, including environmental destruction, resource shortage and climate change, as well as the important work for pushing the construction of ecological civilization. With the three new concepts of development as the guideline, the transformation of development way is key to resolve the urgent problems of environment and resources in China.
