摘 要:转移在癌症患者的预后中扮演着重要角色,目前已知克隆细胞从肿瘤原发部位播散至其他组织的转移性病变必须有几个关键步骤介入.因此研究参与此过程的分子机制能为肿瘤的有效治疗提供有益的见解,microRNA(miRNA)是一类全长19-25 nt的非编码单链小分子RNA,他能降解特定的mRNA或抑制其翻译,是已知基因表达的负调节物且参与生物学过程,包括细胞生长、分化和凋亡,其异常表达和肿瘤的关系也已被广泛研究.最新的一些研究已经阐明了miRNA在肿瘤侵袭转移中的作用,本文就胃癌在这一方面的研究进展做一综述.Metastasis plays an important role in the prog- nosis of patients with cancer. It is known that several steps are necessary for clonal cells to disseminate from their primary tumor site and colonize distant tissues. It will provide useful insights for effective treatment of cancer to in- vestigate the molecular actors regulating this process. MicroRNAs, 19-25 nt in length, are a class of non-coding RNA, and they can result in degradation of specific mRNAs or inhibit their translation. They have been known as negative regulators of gene expression and are involvedin many biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. The rela- tionship between the abnormal expression of mi- croRNAs and tumors has been widely studied. Some recent research has clarified the role of mi- croRNAs in tumor invasion and metastases. This paper reviews the recent progress in research of microRNAs related to invasiveness and metasta- sis of gastric cancer.
