摘 要:肝门部胆管癌的发生是一个涉及到细胞增殖、凋亡、分化等方面的相关机制的复杂过程.随着分子生物学技术的进步以及人们对恶性肿瘤在细胞受体及增殖调控等分子水平的不断研究,"分子靶向治疗"的治疗方法逐渐进入研究者的视线.近年来诸多研究认为白介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)和环氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)水平的高低与胆管癌的发生发展及预后有关,这些细胞因子的详细作用机制可能为肝门胆管癌的治疗提供新的方法.本文就IL-6和COX对于胆管癌的目前研究情况进行综述.The pathogenesis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma is a complex process involving progressive ab- normalities of cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. The progress of molecular biol- ogy techniques and the advances in research of malignant tumor cell receptors and proliferation regulation at the molecular level have led to the development of molecular targeted therapy. In recent years, many studies suggest that inter- leukin-6 (IL-6) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) levels are correlated with the development and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma. A more de- tailed understanding of the roles of cytokines may provide new therapeutic targets for hilar chotangiocarcinoma. In this paper, we review the progress in research of IL-6 and COX in hilar cholan^iocarcinoma.
