摘 要:随着民族高校贫困生绝对数量的增加,这一群体逐渐出现了不同程度的生活和心理问题,特别是其心理困境问题已成为教育心理学关注的热点。本文围绕贫困生自我认同感、自尊心和人际沟通能力等自身的压力以及校园环境、评价体系和经济基础等外部环境压力进行阐释,并结合实际,探求其相应的辅导对策。With the increasing number of impoverished college students at universities, this group of students has showed social and psychological problems in various degrees, among which the psychological problem has become the topic concern of educational psychology. In this paper, the writer will discuss this problem from two aspects: the pressure from students' inner self and the pressure from the outside world. The former includes self-identity, dignity and interpersonal communication skills, while the latter comes from campus atmosphere, evaluating system and economical foundation. Besides, some remedial measures will be put forward according to the reality of the students.
