摘　　要：目的:探讨Ubc9在人肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法和实时荧光定量PCR(real time quantitative PCR,RT-qPCR)法检测143例肺癌组织及同源非癌变组织中Ubc9的表达情况,并对临床病理资料进行分析。结果:与癌旁组织相比,Ubc9在肺癌组织中呈高表达(P<0.05),Ubc9的表达与年龄、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及预后密切相关,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而与性别、病理学类型、组织分化程度无关。结论:小细胞肺癌、肺鳞癌和肺腺癌中均有Ubc9阳性表达,均高于正常的肺组织,并且与肺癌淋巴结转移程度相关,提示Ubc9可能与肺癌细胞的转移特性有关。Objective：To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of Ubc9 in human lung cancer and its prognostic significance. Methods：The expression of Ubc9 in 143 lung cancer specimens and adjacent normal tis-sues were detected by immunohistochemical（ IHC）and real time quantitative PCR method. The relationship between the Ubc9 expression and pathological data,prognostic factors were analyzed. Results：Compared with adjacent normal tissues,the expression of Ubc9 mRNA in cancerous tissues was higher（P〈0. 05）. The expression of Ubc9 was statis-tically significantly correlated with age,lymph nodes metastasis,clinical stage and prognosis（P〈0. 05）,but was not correlated with sex,histological type,differential（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The high expressions of Ubc9 in lung canc-er was related to lymph nodes metastasis,and may be associated with the metastasis of lung cancer.
