摘　　要：目的:探讨HP感染与胃癌组织中血管生成因子VEGF和MK蛋白表达的关系。方法:收集经胃镜检查和病理证实的非贲门胃腺癌病人的镜下活检标本45例,快速尿素酶实验和嗜银染色检测胃癌患者的HP感染情况,免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中VEGF和MK蛋白的表达情况。结果:HP感染阳性胃癌组织中VEGF和MK蛋白的表达率分别为86.67%和76.67%,HP感染阴性胃癌组织中VEGF和MK蛋白的表达率分别为53.33%和40.00%,均有显著性差异(P<0.025和P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中VEGF和MK两种血管生成因子的表达与HP感染存在相关性,HP感染可能是VEGF和MK过度表达的机制之一。Objective：To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and the expression of vas-cular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）and midkine（ MK）in gastric carcinoma. Methods：The biopsy specimens of 45 gastric carcinoma patients were all proved as the gastric gland carcinoma by both gastroscopy and pathology. HP was examined by rapid urease test and Warthin-Starry method. Expression of VEGF and MK were investigated by u-sing immunohistochemistry. Results：The positive rate of VEGF and MK expression was 86. 67% and 76. 67% re-spectively in HP positive gastric carcinoma ,which was significantly higher than that of HP negative gastric carci-noma 53. 33% and 40. 00%（P〈0. 025 and P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：There is an association between HP infection and the expression of VEGF and MK in gastric carcinoma. HP infection could be one of the mechanisms of overexpres-sion of VEGF and MK in gastric carcinoma.
