摘 要:目的:探讨HP感染与胃癌组织中血管生成因子VEGF和MK蛋白表达的关系。方法:收集经胃镜检查和病理证实的非贲门胃腺癌病人的镜下活检标本45例,快速尿素酶实验和嗜银染色检测胃癌患者的HP感染情况,免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中VEGF和MK蛋白的表达情况。结果:HP感染阳性胃癌组织中VEGF和MK蛋白的表达率分别为86.67%和76.67%,HP感染阴性胃癌组织中VEGF和MK蛋白的表达率分别为53.33%和40.00%,均有显著性差异(P<0.025和P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中VEGF和MK两种血管生成因子的表达与HP感染存在相关性,HP感染可能是VEGF和MK过度表达的机制之一。Objective:To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and the expression of vas-cular endothelial growth factor( VEGF)and midkine( MK)in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The biopsy specimens of 45 gastric carcinoma patients were all proved as the gastric gland carcinoma by both gastroscopy and pathology. HP was examined by rapid urease test and Warthin-Starry method. Expression of VEGF and MK were investigated by u-sing immunohistochemistry. Results:The positive rate of VEGF and MK expression was 86. 67% and 76. 67% re-spectively in HP positive gastric carcinoma ,which was significantly higher than that of HP negative gastric carci-noma 53. 33% and 40. 00%(P〈0. 025 and P〈0. 01). Conclusion:There is an association between HP infection and the expression of VEGF and MK in gastric carcinoma. HP infection could be one of the mechanisms of overexpres-sion of VEGF and MK in gastric carcinoma.
