摘  要:目的:探讨趋化因子Fractalkine及受体CX3CR1在子宫腺肌病中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化及光密度(OD)技术检测趋化因子Fractalkine及受体CX3CR1在36例子宫腺肌病组织及在位子宫内膜组织中的表达,另选取24例正常子宫内膜组织作为对照。结果:趋化因子Fractalkine和受体CX3CR1在正常子宫内膜、在位子宫内膜、子宫腺肌病病灶中均呈现阳性表达,其OD值呈逐渐递增趋势,三者比较P<0.05;在在位内膜的增生期与分泌期中,Fractalkine与CX3CR1阳性表达的OD值均高于正常子宫内膜;无论正常子宫内膜或在位子宫内膜,Fractalkine和CX3CR1在增生期、分泌期的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:趋化因子Fractalkine及CX3CR1的阳性表达可能与子宫腺肌病的发病有关,两者互相作用共同促进了子宫腺肌病的发展。Objective:To study the expression of Fractalkine and itˊs receptor CX3CR1 of ectopic and eutopic en-dometrium in women with adenomyosis. Methods:To select 36 cases of endometrial in adenomyosis as the study group,the other normal endometrial in 24 cases as the control group. All tissues went through formalin and paraffin processing. Specimens were detected for Fractalkine and CX3CR1 expression by using immunohistochemistry. Re-sults:The expression of Fractalkine and CX3CR1 among normal endometrium,eutopic endometrium and ectopic endo-metrium of adenomyosis were statistically significant(P〈0. 05). The strength of their expression in study group en-hanced significantly. The expression among the proliferative phase of eutopic endometrium and the secretory phase of eutopic endometrium were higer than the proliferative phase of normal endometrium and the secretory phase of normal endometrium. There were no significant differences when comparing the differences of Fractalkine and CX3CR1 ex-pression in eutopic endometrium or normal endometrium between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P〉0. 05). There was a positive relationship between the expression of Fractalkine and CX3CR1 in study group(P〈0. 05). Con-clusion:The expression of Fractalkine and CX3CR1 in study group increased significantly compared with the control group,and there is a positive relationship between the expression of Fractalkine and CX3CR1. It suggests that Fracta-lkine and CX3CR1 may play an important role in the progression of adenomyosis.
