摘　　要：CD105,又名Endoglin,是表达在血管内皮细胞的与增殖有关的缺氧诱导蛋白。作为TGF-β受体复合物的重要组成部分,参与血管的形成,在有创伤修复、炎性浸润和肿瘤组织的内皮细胞内表达增强。CD105以不同的方式存在于人体内,发挥不同作用。研究证实,CD105与肿瘤血管的增殖、浸润和转移密切相关,可以作为某些肿瘤预后的重要影响因子,并且也与心血管疾病及纤维性疾病的发生有关。现就其相关应用作一综述。CD105,also named Endoglin,is a hypoxia induced protein related to proliferation,and is expressed mainly on the surface of endothelial cells and involved in the formation of blood vessels,as an important component part of TGF-β receptor complexes. It is elevated on the endothelial cells of healing wounds,inflammatory tissues and tumor tissue. CD105 plays different roles in different ways. The studies have proven that CD105 has a closed relation with tumor angiogenesis,tumor metastasis and prognosis,which indicates that CD105 could be regarded as an important factor of tumor prognosis,and it also associates with the happening of cardiovascular and fibrous disease.
