摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group protein box 1,HMGB1)为高迁移率族(high mobility group,HMG)成员之一,存在于真核生物细胞内。HMGB1是一种具有广泛作用的DNA结合蛋白,参与细胞内DNA的重组、修复及转录。细胞外的HMGB1不仅促进炎症反应,还在恶性肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移等过程中发挥重要作用。近年来研究发现,HMGB1与食管鳞癌的发生、诊断、治疗及预后关系密切,本文就其研究进展予以综述。High mobility group protein box 1（HMGB1）is a member of high mobility group existing in eukaryotic bio-logical cells. It is a DNA-binding protein that possesses extensive effects,such as DNA recombination,repair and transcription. Extracellular HMGB1 not only promotes inflammatory reactions,but also plays an essential role in the processes of growth,invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. Recent studies have shown that HMGB1 is closely related to the occurance,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. This article will review the research advances of HMGB1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
