清宫正骨治疗青少年颈痛寰枢关节紊乱的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清宫正骨手法治疗青少年颈痛寰枢关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法:对64名青少年颈痛寰枢关节紊乱患者采用清宫正骨手法治疗,观察治疗前后患者VAS评分、NPQ颈痛量表评分、症状及体征评分、颈椎活动度及影像学检查的变化。结果:64名患者治疗前后视觉模拟评级法评分(VAS)、颈痛量表评分(NPQ)、临床症状、临床体征、颈椎4个方向活动度、寰枢外侧关节差值(VBLADS)、枢椎棘突角度位移值与治疗前相比,均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中VAS评分改善率为98.4%(63/64),NPQ评分改善率为96.9%(62/64),临床症状评分改善60人,占93.8%,临床体征评分改善63人,占98.4%,寰齿间隙差值(VBLADS)减小率为93.8%(60/64),枢椎棘突角度位移减小率为95.3%(61/64)。结论:1清宫正骨手法能有效治疗青少年颈痛寰枢关节紊乱;2清宫正骨手法对青少年颈痛患者各项临床表现和指标均有不同程度的改善作用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of Qinggong bonesetting in treating adolescent neck pain of atlantoaxial joint disorders.Methods：Sixty-four adolescent neck pain of atlantoaxial joint disorder were treated by Qinggong bonesetting.The VAS score,the score of NPQ neck pain scale,the score of symptoms and signs,and the change of cervical spine and imaging examination were observed.Results：The VAS score,the NPQ neck pain scale score,the score of symptoms and signs,and the change of cervical spine and imaging examination of the 64 patients were obviously improved after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The improvement rate of VAS score was98.4%（63/64）,the improvement rate of NPQ score was 96.9%（62/64）,the improvement rate of clinical symptom and signs score was 93.8%（60/64）and 98.4%（63/64）,the reducing rate of Atlanto dental interval difference（VBLADS）was 93.8%（60/64）,and the reducing rate of displacement of axis spinous process angle was 95.3%（61/64）.Conclusion：1Qinggong bonesetting is effective in treating adolescent cervical atlantoaxial joint disorder.2Qinggong bonesetting can improve the clinical performance and indicators of patients in different levels.
