超声技术在前列腺癌诊治中的应用与进展

摘　　要：前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)是欧美国家男性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,其病死率仅次于肺癌[1];近年来,随着人口老龄化比例的上升和饮食结构的改变,我国前列腺癌的发病率呈现出了明显的上升趋势[2]。超声技术应用于前列腺显像经过了几十年的演进,其在前列腺癌的诊治中作用已经得到了广泛的认可和重视。特别是近些年如超声造影、弹性成像、3D-TRUS、HistoScanning等新的超声影像技术以及介入性超声(Interventional Ultrasonic)的问世及其发展和应用,为前列腺癌的诊断和治疗提供了新的技术支持和期待。本综述对超声技术在前列腺癌诊治的历史进行回顾,并且对当前及潜在的超声应用技术进行梳理和总结。Prostate cancer （PCa） is a malignant tumor with the highest incidence in men of Europe and the United States, and the mortality is just after lung cancer. In recent years, with the rising aging population and the changing diet structure, the incidence rate of prostate cancer showed a clear upward trend in China. In the past decades, with the con- stant progress of ultrasonography technology applied to visualize prostate imaging, the role of ultrasonographic diagnosis in PCa has been widely accepted. Especially in recent years, a variety of new emerging ultrasonography technologies, such as CEUS, Elastography, 3D-TRUS, HistoScanning, Interventional Ultrasonic, provide the new technical support and poten- tial expectation to the diagnosis and treatment in PCa. This paper reviewed the history of ultrasonography technology in the diagnosis and treatment in PCa, and summarized the current and potential applications of ultrasonography technology.
