摘　　要：目的 研究miR-185在乳腺癌组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义.方法 收集乳腺癌手术组织标本132例,51例癌旁正常组织制作组织芯片;采用原位杂交的方法检测芯片中标本miR-185的表达情况;分析miR-185表达水平与乳腺癌临床病理参数之间的关系,以及与乳腺癌患者预后的关联.结果 与乳腺良性病变组织比较,miR-185在乳腺癌组织中的表达普遍下调,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.miR-185的表达水平与TNM分期、局部复发以及远处转移等有关（P＜0.05）.结论 miR-185与乳腺癌的发生及临床进展密切相关,它可能是乳腺癌新的潜在诊断、预后判断分子标志及治疗靶点.Objective To investigate the expression of miR-185 in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods miR-185 expression was detected in 132 cases of breast cancer and 51 cases of benign breast lesions.The correlations of miR-185 ex pression with the clinicopathologic characteristics,overall survival,and disease-free survival of breast cancer patients were analyzed.Results miR-185 was down-regulated in the breast cancer tissues relative to control tissues.The down expression levels of miR-185 cases were found to be significantly associated with tumor node metastasis （TNM） stage,local relapse,and distant metastasis （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions miR-185 was associated with carcinogenesis,progression,and prognosis of breast cancer and it might be used as a potential target of therapy and a biomarker of diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer in the future.
