湘西地区流动儿童心理健康状况及民族体育干预的实证研究

摘　　要：文章采用问卷调查法对湘西地区流动儿童心理健康状况进行调查,并对其心理健康存在问题的流动儿童进行体育运动干预。结果表明湘西地区流动儿童心理健康水平低于城区常住儿童;流动儿童经过板凳龙运动和苗族鼓舞运动干预后,心理健康各项指标得分分值下降,且情绪障碍、性格缺陷、社会适应障碍等变化有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。说明板凳龙训练和苗族鼓舞运动能使流动儿童不良情绪得到释放,增强自信心,促进流动儿童的心理健康发展。Questionnaire investigations are adopted to explore the migrant children＇s psychological health status of Xiangxi area and sports intervention is carried out to help those children with mental health problems. The results indi-cate that the migrant children＇s psychological health level is lower than resident children in Xiangxi area. After interven-tion with bench dragon game and Drum - and - dance of the Miao Nationality, their mental health indicators score de-creased with significant difference （P ＆lt; 0. 05）in their mood disorders, personality defects, social adaptation disorders. Bench dragon and drum - and - dance games of the Miao Nationality can help them release their negative emotions, en-hance self - confidence and then promote their psychological health.
